FAQ

The essentials, clearly answered.

These are the product principles, plan details and parent controls that guide TaleLuna from the start.

What is TaleLuna?

TaleLuna is a personal bedtime-story service for parents. Parent-guided details shape a new story and illustration for a child, ready for the parent to read aloud.

Who is it for?

TaleLuna is designed for children aged 3 to 12 and their families in the European Union outside Hungary.

Does TaleLuna read stories to my child?

No. TaleLuna supports reading together; it does not replace it. The story arrives for a parent or caregiver to share at bedtime.

Which languages are available?

You can choose English, German, Italian or Spanish for each child profile. Each language has its own writing and review policy; a story is not a machine translation.

Can I change the preferences later?

Yes. Update a child’s interests, language, story length, delivery time and boundaries whenever their needs change.

What are the plans?

One Child is €5.49 a month for one child profile. Family is €9.99 a month for up to four profiles. Both begin with a three-day free trial.

Will I be charged during the trial?

No. Stripe securely collects a card to start the trial, but the first charge is only made after the three-day trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the secure Stripe customer portal. TaleLuna never stores card details.

Can I keep stories and images?

Delivered stories, illustrations and favourites stay in your private library while your account is active. You can also create a printable PDF storybook from favourites.

What information does TaleLuna use?

We use the parent-account and child-profile details you choose to provide to operate the service and create stories. The Privacy Notice explains our providers, retention and your rights.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In Account, you can permanently delete the parent account, child profiles, stories, images, favourites and feedback. An active Stripe subscription is cancelled first.

Can stories help with worries?

A parent can set a gentle story goal, but TaleLuna is not therapy, medical advice or a replacement for professional support. It is a tool for reading and talking together.
