TaleLuna uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for secure sign-in, session continuity, fraud prevention, and the core operation of the parent account. These do not require marketing consent.

Separately, TaleLuna records daily aggregate public-page and approved call-to-action totals using only the UTC date, public route, approved call-to-action type and count. These first-party records do not use cookies or browser storage and do not contain IP addresses, account identifiers, referrers, query strings, child data, stories or individual event records.

With your explicit permission to use Analytics, TaleLuna uses Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and PostHog for published public-page visit, navigation and performance measurement. With separate Marketing permission, TaleLuna uses the Meta Pixel with limited server-side conversion measurement. Google Consent Mode is initialised with all storage signals denied before your choice; Google Analytics and Meta measurement cookies are not placed before their relevant consent. Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies, and PostHog uses a random memory-only technical identifier rather than browser storage. Refusing either optional category is as easy as accepting and does not limit the service.

Supabase may set authentication cookies after you sign in, so that your account remains securely available. Stripe may use its own essential cookies when you leave TaleLuna for secure Checkout or the customer portal. Those services have their own privacy information.

If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and receive browser, device and published public-page visit and navigation data. Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies, while Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may process the configured public page path without query strings, referrer, country or city-level location, browser, operating system, device type, a device identifier, web-performance metrics and a short-lived request-derived hash. PostHog uses a random memory-only technical identifier and receives only the approved public page path, locale, fixed product label and fixed call-to-action location; it does not receive query strings, referrers, full URLs or TaleLuna identity, child, story or account data. If you separately allow Marketing, Meta may set cookies such as _fbp or _fbc and receive browser, device and published public-page event data. TaleLuna excludes private parent, admin, authentication and API routes from browser measurement. After Stripe confirms a trial start or first payment, TaleLuna may send the relevant Meta cookie identifier and limited plan/value information server-side with Marketing consent, or an anonymous PostHog event containing only a plan code and, for a payment, currency with Analytics consent. If you withdraw optional measurement, TaleLuna records that withdrawal and clears pending server-side conversion attribution for your signed-in account before any later conversion event can be sent. We do not send child names, child profiles, stories or private account activity to any of these services. We also do not send raw email addresses or payment card details.

Your Analytics and Marketing choices are stored for 180 days. You can change either choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer. Turning Analytics off prevents future Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and PostHog events, discards the memory-only PostHog browser identifier and removes TaleLuna's accessible Google Analytics cookies. Turning Marketing off prevents future Pixel events, removes TaleLuna's accessible Meta cookies and records the withdrawal before clearing pending server-side conversion attribution for your signed-in account. Withdrawal does not delete events already lawfully sent to a provider before the withdrawal; you can contact us to exercise any applicable privacy rights.
